How to search products?

The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

Q1: How can I place an order?
You can place your order directly through our website by adding your favorite beauty products to the cart and proceeding to checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

Q2: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and other secure payment options displayed at checkout.

Q3: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, please contact us immediately at support@veeoffer.com/contact form . Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Domestic shipping: 3–5 business days.

  • International shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on location and customs).
    You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Q6: How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this link to track your package anytime until it’s delivered.

Q7: What if my order arrives damaged or missing items?
We’re so sorry! Please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery at support@veeoffer.com with your order number and photos/video of the issue. We’ll replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.

How are shipping costs calculated?

What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
