Sizing Chart
Finding the perfect fit is key to feeling confident and comfortable in your shapewear. Use this guide to match your measurements with UK, US, and European sizes.
How to Measure
-
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist (usually above your belly button). Keep the tape snug but not tight.
-
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.
-
Torso Length (for full-body shapers): Measure from your shoulder, down over your bust, to where you want the shaper to end.
